★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besides the mouse traps, mold and deterioration throughout parts of the house, there is a neat little garden inside. The landlord's husband is abusive and corrosively gross, try to stay away from him. Chanel may not be truthful when she says she's not making money when charging for cleaning products. Other than that it's okay for a short-term stay if you are really not picky re particulars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst places to stay. Rude landlord, rodent problem, especially during the winter cold room temperature between 17-19 degrees. Also, if you are staying in the basement, the entrance door of the unit must always be open. I am still waiting for my damage deposit. As a tenant, I kept their place neat and tidy. They did not do anything to improve our accommodation.
