I am now a customer for life. Jim was awesome and helpful, when he could find what I needed he took me to the back where another helpful guy was able to order the right part in minutes. Great service, amazing, polite and knowledgeable. UFA will be my 1st stop every time. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable how easy it was for this none farm dude to be talked to in such a way that the guy at the UFA that was serving me didn't show me up as stupid. I went in with a picture I found online of something I was buying for a friend who's into raising hobby chickens, and came out the exact items I needed! I have no idea why, but I'll be back!! That was fantastic customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and great deals , this location has a wheelchair accessible doors and ramps , a recent renovation of the entire building interior made the double doors disappear and now access is very easy, and with the curb side pick up options and ordering the items on your ufa online sales makes it so easy to get what you want without getting out of your car! , with a bulk Cardlock at the west side of the building ! Kind of a one stop shop

Sam provided the best customer service that I have seen in a long time. She was very personable and I think a very important part of team UFA. Thank you Sam it was a pleasure dealing with you.
