★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment for handyman services and the handyman never showed up. He was set to come by between 9 and 11 AM. I called at 11 AM to ask for an update and was told by the customer service rep that they would look into it. I called again at noon, and they still had no update. Things happen, including necessary cancellations. But I was quite disappointed by the lack of communication by the U & Y Handyman team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been so happy in my kitchen since it was new. All the repairs were done expertly and creatively. U & Y HandymanToronto suggested new ideas and repaired my old kitchen making it like new. If you lisen to his ideas you will be rewarded with good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I phoned U&Y Handyman and was referred to Mohamed of Canadian Technical Services. Mohamed replaced expediently a broken window on the side of my house but left an incredible mess after completion of his work. Yellow insulation foam was splattered all over the bricks and part of the driveway. He promised twice to come to clean up the mess but didn't follow up. If U&Y subcontracts to Technical Services I would suggest to think twice in the future. I for one will look for a different handyman.
