A very bad experience… Usually when you book a month in advance you expect to have the service, not get canceled the day before the move!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mon fils a réservé un camion un mois d'avance et surprise la veille de son déménagement pour se faire dire qu'il n'aura pas de camion pas trop professionnel. Plus jamais cette compagnie.
My son booked a truck a month in advance and surprised the day before his move to be told he won't have a truck that's not too professional. Never again this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçue de cette compagnie! Nous avions réservé un camion il y à un mois pour notre déménagement qu'il y a lieu demain. Ce matin mon conjoint reçoit un texto disant d'appeler à un numéro pour confirmer la réservation. Il appel pour finalement se faire dire qu'ils en ont plus d'aller à Laval que ce n'est pas leur problème.
Nous ne ferons plus jamais affaire avec eux.
Very disappointed with this company! We had reserved a truck a month ago for our move that takes place tomorrow. This morning my partner receives a text saying to call a number to confirm the reservation. He calls to finally be told that they have more to go to Laval than it is not their problem.
We will never do business with them again.

Nous avons loué un petit camion cube de 20pi pour un déménagement à Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Lors de notre arrivé tout était beau, le jeune homme au comptoir nous donnait les papiers de locations tout en nous explicant les procédure concernant l'essence. Les problèmes ont commencé quand je suis allé chercher le camion. Celui-ci était coincé dans un banc de neige. Après quelques tentatives à le déprendre sans succès, je retourne à l'intérieur pour expliquer la situation. Heureusement, il y avait un 26pi sur place qui n'était pas loué et le commis me l'a laissé au même prix. Ceci-dit, ce nouveau camion comprenait quelques lacunes (whipper

Tout pour dire, au lieu de partir à 8h00 comme prévue, nous sommes parti à 10h00. Évidemment le déménagement à fini plus tard que prévue(15h00 au lieu de 14h00) ET ils nous ont chargé une journée complète à cause de ça.
RIDICULES.
Generally when I rent with U-haul it works very well, but here I was really disappointed.
We rented a small 20ft cube truck for a move to Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. When we arrived everything was fine, the young man at the counter gave us the rental papers while explaining the procedure concerning gasoline. The problems started when I went to pick up the truck. This one was stuck in a snowdrift. After a few unsuccessful attempts to unhook him, I go back inside to explain the situation. Luckily, there was a 26ft on site that wasn't rented and the clerk let me have it for the same price. That said, this new truck had some shortcomings (whipper

All to say, instead of leaving at 8:00 am as planned, we left at 10:00 am. Obviously the move finished later than expected (3:00 p.m. instead of 2:00 p.m.) AND they charged us a full day because of that.
RIDICULOUS.
