★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't post nasty reviews often but don't rent uhaul if you can avoid it. I just moved my sister yesterday. She paid in full plus the $100 deposit. We were given a truck with a quarter tank of gas. As the driver I filled it up and kept track of kilometres and how much gas we used. We did not go over. We followed the route given. It was straight forward no running around or unnecessary stops. I made sure it was empty and clean and exactly how it was given to us when I returned it to the Espanola depot last night as contracted. This morning the owner of the Espanola depot called my sister saying she owed an addition $130 for going over or allotted kilometres and having not made sure the gas was exactly where it should be. All of which is a lie because I TRACKED EVERYTHING. This is not the first time the Espanola Uhaul Depot has done this. Of you need a truck do not deal with uhaul, especially in Espanola.
