★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A claimed $20 van rental ended up costing over $130 charged to my credit card! We traveled a total of 19klms and although the fuel gauge didn't move we put $10 gas for the short trip. They ended up charging me for 46 MILES and $32 fuel!!! When i questioned their numbers by email i was told that i should have taken a photo of the mileage and gas gauge and that their calculations are always in miles. 19km = 11.8 miles, not 46 that they charged me for!
These people are rip off artists and should be avoided at all cost.
BTW, the odometer in the vehicle i rented was unavailable as a traction control service light blocked it out.
