★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won't be back. Your front counter customer service arrogance is lucky these guys can be an outlet. Needless to say I had to move my reservation to another day and to another outlet or the front desk lady would of had her head chewed off by me because I was denied service after setting up the trailer with correct details on the website days before and she tried to call me a liar after saying she didn't have my reservation details in the system and proceeded to input the vehicle information etc and said I did it wrong. I left as an unhappy camper and called uhaul. they told me they could see my check in on their end and the vehicle details. Be prepared to bring a 7500 pound reciever and ball if your pulling a car trailer. This idiot will deny service and lose money for uhaul. Horrible service and will never use this outlet for a U-Haul again.

The lady front desk had the worst attitude, provided minimal assistance, and was fairly unfamiliar with uHaul online even though they’re somehow a uHaul outlet. The truck provided was damaged pretty well all over in various ways, and when trying to accurately record the damage beforehand, the woman at the front was less than helpful or accepting. The interior was clean, but the box was filthy - we even found a bloody rag in the back while loading in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady was completely rude and treating me like I didn’t know anything. She better be glad I didn’t break the door after leaving that place. She doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. There should be an option for 0 stars. Worst customer service I have ever had.

Whoever answers the phone is curt, he doesnt like people, and slams the phone down to end the call the instant he has an opportunity. Impatient. Behaves like you are wasting his time. This man shouldnt work in customer service.
