This is the second time I booked with them and the second time they cancelled and said they had nothing four hours after I booked and an hour before I was supposed to pick it up. Terrible customer service and even worse part about it the lady had the audacity to say I had to call head office for my refund of $50 that I paid to reserve even though they didn’t even have the trailer... BEWARE!!!! There is a reason why they have such a terrible review
