He was extremely helpful, open and dependable through the entire process, and was always updated with what’s going on with the market. We were new to Montreal and the first thing he did was showed us around to give us an idea of various neighbourhoods. He really understood and cared about our needs from the very first chat we had with him. While seeing houses he even gave us ideas on how better utilize the space. He is very friendly and easy to get along with. He was always available to answer our questions and to show us houses any time we wanted and explained everything in a way that was very easy to understand. We had a great time working with Ryan because he made house hunting a very enjoyable experience for us. Because of him we were able to close on a great house very shortly after we moved to Montreal.
I recommend Tryan Realties to anyone looking to do a Real Estate transaction.

He knew what I was looking for and did not make me waste time on plates that were not relevant to me. He is also very creative. He negotiates well and is willing to wrestle other realtors to get you the price you need. He made the entire process as seamless as could be. Ryan is a doer. You have questions, he will make sure to get you an answer.
He went above and beyond to help us close on our home quickly and efficiently.
