★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an expensive Stihl vaccum cleaner here about 4 years ago.
It was only lightly used on very easy work.
The motor siezed.
Tyndal Power products basically said Stihl wouldn't do anything about it so I'm SOL.
I'm a user brand loyal customer, who tries to give my business, to good local dealers.
I expect dealers to go to bat for me, when it's fair to expect this.
I've also bought a couple of generators from Tyndal Power Products.
What's the point in shopping local if this is the "personal service" I get?
ABC Power Products is another dealer I've bought equipment from, and it's always been a "good shake" dealing with them.
It's a little further for me to drive, but worth it.
In response to the owners reply,,,, I replaced this vacuum with a high performance shop vac.
Its motor is warranted for 5 years.
It's more powerful than any unit I've ever owned.
And the small lumber store where I purchased it told me that the warranty will be honored "by the store" if it fails.
I expected at least this quality of service from a dedicated power product store when buying a very expensive unit.
Lesson learned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great local business. Gas bar, simple convenience, animal and pet food, postal, lottery tickets, penny candy and of course power products. Great for renting small equipment, buying chainsaws and weed eaters or having them repaired. Owners are wonderful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called and asked for general prices of mixed grain chicken feed for chicks and layers. The gentleman on the phone told me to "Come on in and check it out". I was phoning to ask for a general price, not exact just an idea of price range for quantity etc. I couldn't find this information on their website. I was phoning because I was unable to go in. He told me again "just come in and check it out".
The gentleman then proceeded to ask me questions - "how many birds? what kinds? where am I buying now? like I dont even know what you want"
To which I responed " 100 in the flock, mixed grain feed for layers and chicks (as I previously stated to him) and not from your store which is why I phoned for general prices".
The gentleman had cut me of while I was responding and told me "See, you can't even answer where you're buying from".
This telephone call left such a bad taste in my mouth, I will never shop there. I still was never informed of a general prices, which is all I wanted.
