About Me
I have been living in Saskatoon my whole life and can never see myself moving. I feel like everyone always has such a cool story and I enjoy the small town feel as in everyone knowns everyone. Obviously, the winters are a big downfall for Saskatoon but hey that just makes vacations in winter that much more enjoyable! My childhood consisted of my family leaving all summer to custom combine in the states. We would start in Texas and work our way north until we made it back in September when school would start. Our family lived in a RV for the duration of the summer, so I learnt very quickly how to get along with my two siblings. I have a younger and older sister, and we all helped out a lot on the harvest run! I ran combine from when I was 11-15 and always enjoyed working late with the crew. Fast forward to after high school, I got a job with Northridge Developments and worked there for about a year and a half. I was not moving up as fast as I had hoped so I got a job with Thermal Tek spray foaming. During that time I have worked with Saskatoon’s biggest home builders (Ehrenburg, North Prairie, Arbutus, Northridge, Maison, D&S Homes). I did that for seven years and decided that I needed to take my passion for homes to the next level, and what better way than to become a Realtor. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We worked with Tyler to find a new home in a new country. We were totally lost, not knowing the market, not knowing the area, not knowing the buying/selling process and how houses are actually built over here in Canada. Tyler has been amazing and extremely helpful. He listened to our needs initially and came back with the options that we needed as a family. Upon finding the correct property, Tyler went above and beyond to help us understand the process as well providing the knowledge required when purchasing the property. He went as far as describing the building process, what to expect with a new build vs an existing property, the pros and cons of each. We then found a home that ticked off all of the boxes. When we experienced a bump in our buying journey, after the home inspection was not 100% positive. Tyler was able to assist with recommendations on who to use to fix the relevant issues with the house as well as cooling my nerves about making the investment into the property. I would definitely work with Tyler again, he proved to be an extremely knowledgeable person who I enjoyed working with. He was always available and provided responses to any queries pretty soon after they were tabled. I would recommend Tyler to anyone who is buying a home, no ask was considered unreasonable and he worked tirelessly to ensure we found the right home.
