J	John Turk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This zoo is a gem!! Beautiful small zoo with lots of unique and friendly animals. The zoo trails wrap around most cages, so you have every chance of seeing the animals. We got to see the Lions, tigers and wolves really close. We also got to pet the deer and the goats which were very friendly. This is the first zoo we went to where we got to see turtles and other reptiles super close. We loved it. The admission prices are very competitive with other places, $20 (tax included) for adults. They also have deer and goat feed for 25 cents. Recommended especially for young kids, we didnt photograph all the animals as we didnt want to spoil the experience.
P	Purple Lily on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GREAT place for families with little ones. Not an overly large zoo, but has a variety of healthy/well taken care of animals. Decent pricing (Adults $20.00, Seniors $17.50, kids $10.50, and babies under 2 are free). Lots of shaded picnic tables for you to rest at/eat your lunch (you're allowed to bring your own food/drinks in). Highly recommended!
L	Leegi Bu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little zoo providing up close encounter with many animals. Free parking, entry is $20 for adults, $10 for child, taxes included. Visit on a day with 25-27 degrees weather to get the most out of your visit. Most animals are in reasonably sized (not very large) enclosures so there is good chance of seeing them up close. All Monkeys & Lemurs were really fun to watch, kids will enjoy feeding the goats, Lions are also visible & you will really enjoy if you can find the Tiger playing with the large ball. There are plenty of shaded sitting areas, benches & a small & really dated playground. The washrooms were very clean as well. If you are tired of visiting Toronto Zoo or just do not want to spend full day with animals than this is a good way to spend around 2-3 hours on a weekend, on a budget.

No map was given and we were guessing where to walk. Poor signage. Animal exhibits were decent. We saw a few things we liked such as the gibbons. However we will not be rushing back as it was overall underwhelming. No food vendors either. Missing the key things that make an attraction like this worth while.

More, much more needed in gift shop to purchase as a little momento of you trip, maybe they are just back up on their feet with COVID. The deer are really beautiful and in such a large area. There are no food concessions throughout the zoo, entrance and ticket area are the only location for food and only snacks like chips and candy available. That is ok, would be great to have a hot dog stand near the barn area and cold drinks, would be a hit. This is a local spot, lots of history and lots of space for the animals, lions and tigers Wow ! I wish this location the best and to evolve even further! You can see the zebras from the road amazing.

The animals seem so happy, curious, active, and engaging; the grounds are so pretty and clean, and the staff is so kind and welcoming. The positive energy and love poured in by the keepers radiates throughout this place. You need to go and experience it for yourself. Thank you for making this place exist. Please keep doing what your staff is doing ❤
