Grill arrived, scratch in the stainless, two pieces missing, and holes drilled incorrectly. When we called to get the missing pieces, they would gladly ship them out for an extra $150. So disappointed in the poor quality workmanship, and awful service. Will never recommend or use these guys again. Just garbage, don’t waste your time and shop elsewhere.

They did not ship them as they were supposed and then they refuse to own up to their mistake. Had a horrible attitude on the phone when called about. We will never use them again to dress up our fleet. Would be 0 stars if possible. In response to your response. You guys talked to my person a couple of time on Thursday and not once did you mention that the parts had not been shipped. And yes we lined up our own shipping because you wants $1500 to ship the pieces and we got them shipped for $250. So either you are drastically marking up your freight to your customers or not shopping for pricing.

Customer service is horrible from phone etiquette to replies or updates to order status which is nonexistent. They really make att customer service seem 5star .
A	April Pickard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband ordered parts from Twelve Gauge 4 months ago and has yet to receive them. They've already been paid in full and my husband's truck is still down. I would not recommend ordering anything through this company unless you have a year or so to allow your truck to be down. What a sad way to run a business. The only thing I can say is their quality is good but it doesn't make up for the wait time. Here it is 4 months later and his truck is still in the shop waiting.

After waiting almost 6 weeks I received them and the box was damaged and the panels where all scratched up. I was pretty upset so sent them a email with pictures. They contacted me the next day and apologized made me a new set of panels and them shipped to me within a week. 12 gage customs has my business forever. They are top notch folks and costumer service is awesome.
