★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, the staff make too many mistakes. Ordered once in Sept. 2021 and specified no cheese, and reiterated twice to please ensure no cheese. Of course, received it with cheese. Gave it another try in October 2021. This time the staff mixed up and gave my order to a guy that had already left the premises and was 2 blocks away. Staff ran outside and whistled to the customer to come back where staff switched the food expecting me to accept the order when the other customer had walked blocks with it. He remade my order on the spot after I requested but made another mistake and put chicken instead of ground beef. While on spot, staff and a third party delivery guy were arguing for 10 minutes due to staff sending him to the wrong address costing the delivery guy time and money. 3 mistakes within 3 observations. The bread used is the only thing they can't screw up. And it's not a huge secret, since it's focaccia bread it's tender but the garnishing, meat and vegetables are not great in retrospect. Lost 2 hours, drove too far, family ended eating cold, the wrong food and at different times. Disastrous.

Really hits the spot for a good classic unassuming fried chicken craving WITHOUT the taste of old recycled oil.
