★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark Peers of Tuscan Developments is the most untrustworthy person I have ever dealt with. I have been in the design/build business for over 10 years. He lies about everything and he took my $15,000 retainer. It took over a year and a half through small claims to get a portion back. This is not the first time he has had legal situations. There are so many good builders out there. Run as fast as you can!
