★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always done my own taxes without hesitation. However a few years ago I had a situation arise that left me hesitant to file using my own interpretation of tax law. I found Alan who was extremely helpful - knowledgeable and personable, and I've been using him since. A welcome buffer to stand between you and the CRA for the nominal cost differential you pay anyway when filing taxes yourself with a 3rd party service.
