★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive- Excellent grass cutting, trimming and clean up. Staff is very pleasant and flexible and easy to deal with.
Negative- Payment up front or on a credit card with monthly billing
I signed up for and paid for weekly grass cutting. This was done on my credit card. The amount seemed reasonable based on a weekly cut.
HOWEVER, I had noticed during the first few months that on average it was cut about every 9 days and based on weather. I accepted this schedule.
The latter part of the summer resulted in cuts every 10-15 days but yet I was charged the same amount monthly.
I was fully prepared to again use in 2020 and recommend Turf Scapes.
I would but only on a “ pay per cut “ basis.
As this payment plan is unavailable, I will be looking elsewhere for my grass cutting.
