★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently the worst customer service in alll of the terminals, comming from a business owner who must use your service. Duke point is amazing but across the water I get anxiety traveling through this terminal. Travelers beware!!

Had one bad interaction with a ticket seller that denied selling a ticket cause I was short 15 cents and claimed she was unable or unwilling to accept payment for the 15 cents with my debit card which only had 3 dollars or so left. Leaving me stranded, it being 10:50pm caused me to miss the last bus. Spent a cold night waiting for the morning boat to take me home. I come to this terminal fairly often with only one bad memory, I'd say that's pretty good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean BC Ferry port. I took the ferry for the first time from Schwartz Bay and got here with the bus stop for the bus 620 to go to Vancouver. Pretty easy and swift. One can buy tickets right inside the departure bus ticket kiosk.
