J	J Dh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Stephanie Tsang and her team of hygienists are awesome. I moved to Vancouver but find myself coming back here for my annual/bi-annual cleanings. Sometimes it is hard to let go of a good dentist.
m	mail com on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Dental Office. Erica(spelling?) at the reception cheats a client. She says Dr. Stephanie Tsang Uses a digital X-ray. That is why I booked an appointment, however, on the day of the appointment, they used a regular X-ray without notifying me. I found this out because my new office contacted them and they disclosed their cheating. I am very unhappy with their lie. Moreover, the reception tries to change a client's schedule, which is very rude and unfair. Furthermore, I wanted to transfer my X-ray picture from another dental office, but the dental assistant of Dr. Stephanie Tsang did not let me do it. Their office is very unfair.

Dr.Tsang said she would do a partial for my husband put through an estimate to my insurance company then said oh sorry that's not something I can do for you and sent him to a specialist. We had to pay out of pocket for that visit and when he said he could do the partial insurance declined the request because a previous dentist had already claimed it. I tried to bring up the issue up with Dr. Tsang's receptionist but I have never encountered a ruder more snarky person in my life! All she said was "well we were never paid for that work anyways". Well of course not you never did the work. Unable to get the issue rectified I refused to pay a small balance on my acct. still nothing ever got done. I let the bill go to collections to make a point,obviously they didn't get the point. So I paid the bill and decided to find a new dentist. In the meantime my daughter gets a terrible tooth ache and we book an apt with 7 oaks laser dental(which has an exceptionally pleseant receptionist)and made an apt for two weeks from now. Very long time to wait with a toothache, my daughter calls dr. Tsang to see if she has an opening sooner, the receptionist-unfortunately same one as the previous few years refuses to even book her an apt! In a time where customer satisfaction and friendly service is sometimes worth more then the actual product or service itself this office would rate a zero, sorry maybe a two the hygienists are very nice.
A	Ash Fran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Dr Tsang by a coworker. I had not been to a dentist in years because I'm terrified of them. I have only had positive interactions with Dr Tsang and her team and would highly recommend them to anyone. They are kind, patient and gentle.

The worst part of going to the dentist (in my view), is if you have to get numbing needles in your gums and dr. Stephanie tsang did an awesome job it was quick and almost pain free! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone. 5 stars!

Dr. Stephanie Tsang was the first dentist in years that I felt actually listened to what I had to say about my own teeth! A plan was made with an end goal in mind, direct billing to insurance meant no extra stress and every vist has always been a pleasure instead of mindless dread.

Since Stephanie took over the practice from our previous dentist she has made the visits far less challenging and (dare I say it) more enjoyable. Her (and her staffs') knowledge, kindness, patience, understanding and humour take the pain away better than the anesthetic! 5-stars all the way, thanks for the smiles!
