K	Konrad Bartlett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place to work Edit: TS can say what they want, but the pay for my position was a complete joke, (I currently get paid more than double what my rate was at TS for doing easier work). My manager and the upper management treated me with just complete disrespect from the very first day that I worked at TS. The hours were all kinds of messed up, I was told at one point I was expected to work overtime or I wouldn't have a future at the company. The benefits are the very bottom of what's considered acceptable. And my entry-level job was already a dead-end position with no signs of any career growth or a raise after almost a year of employment. I have nothing nice to say about TS other than I had 3 very nice coworkers. I'm sure there are some employees who work there who are paid well and treated fairly. But I never was from the very moment I set foot in the door

Their equipment is easily the best I have worked on and looks amazing, they always come up with smarter more efficient ways to achieve the goals and meet customers expectations. I can personally recommend these guys to anyone in the market for sawmill equipment.

They trust the position they put you in and allow you to grow. As a result, TS is a great place to work and learn with Interesting projects with just the right level of responsibility to keep you growing. A ton of extra effort through committees to keep you engaged.
