P	Pat Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lawn turned Dead Brown in July, shortly after a weed control ( Actually a Grass Control ). Weeds are good, grass is dead. Watering so much getting we got notice of usage from city, but grass is still Dead. Front and back identical. Did you use wrong chemicals? Went from one of best lawns in neighborhood to worse. Then sent Forest Gump out to do a too early grub control beginning of August, when heats was still high and grass still dead. Did he take pride in sticking your TruGreen sign near the sidewalk for everyone to see what a good service you do. GREAT advertising. Sent another Forest Gump out to access situation. SOLUTION, spend more money for great service. Stay away from this terrible outfit. Do your research, there has to be better than this.
M	Mj VDK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, I once thought Trugreen was legit. No longer. After spending thousands to get a new lawn laid on our property, I figured Trugreen would keep it nice and green. Well, it's actually now a worthless mat of brown, burnt, weed filled nothing. Yup, they expertly destroyed it in record time. I called to issue my complaint, then was told that a "senior technician" would look into the problem. Nothing ever came from that call. They have my money, thats all that matters. So just beware before forking over hundreds to them for hopes of having a great lawn. Just take a look at the great job they did.
J	Jen McIlveen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used Tru green for the 2021 year- fairly good weed control but borderline harassment the amount of phone calls upselling this feature and that which I "needed". Upset this year to find it automatically renewed when I was never notified.
L	Larry Morin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful company my front lawn had about foot feet shared with the neighbor. Do you think they would spray the extra foot, not a chance so i had weeds coming up all along the one side looked awful. very poor customer service.

The gentleman I spoke with informed me that “it’s too hot and late to grow seed at this time” - which, in my experience of growing my lawn every year for the last 6 years, has never been the case. I then said thank you and he just abruptly hung up on me. To me, that’s poor customer service and I will never consider using this business for my lawn care needs ever again.

Service was okay, not very personalized, and we kept getting upsold on services we had already paid for. Up until yesterday I would have rated them 3 stars. We only paid for the 2021 season, so I was pretty surprised when I received the auto dialer call today, that a visit was scheduled for April 13, 2022. After speaking with the 1-800 call centre, they had just "assumed" we would renew. No email, no follow-up at the end of the 2021 season, or even a pre-season email offer in 2022. Just an account balance in my client login area. I'm glad I caught the call ahead of time. The person who helped me on the phone, was very efficient, it is just annoying that a company that provided less than average service, just assumed we would be back. We are using a local lawn care provider for the 2022 season.
L	Larry Stumpf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tru Green just called to arrange first mosquito spraying of the season. Any stragglers left after spraying they come back and finish them off! I asked for a respray of weeds that came up after the initial weed control and they found time today to come. Been with them for three years and see lots of reasons to continue with their services.
