They had told me it would be out of the shop by the end of the month the first month it had gone in (June) and I haven't been receiving updates. I called by the end of the month, and they tell me they won't have it ready until 3-4 weeks and that they will keep me updated. I have not received ANY update at all and they continue to tell me it won't be ready until a later date each time I have called. I called 4 times already and I don't know whether to believe them or not anymore and if I will ever receive my vehicle back. I still don't have my vehicle and they still never called me for any updates like they told me they would

They went above and beyond to accommodate me and my vehicle was returned to me in perfect condition and even detailed inside and out. Will highly recommend to anyone.

They got me a rental and had my car fixed in a couple days.
I picked up my car and it was so clean and detailed with a thank you card in it :) made my day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and on-time with their estimates / completion dates and no hassle and I was 100% satisfied with the autobody work they did on my truck after a deer ran into my truck on a rural road near Wadena. I would definitely recommend them to anyone as my friend recommend me this place and Lori was very helpful and accommodating and knows her SGI paperwork for sure. I will be back but hopefully not to soon as I like being accident free but you can never predict accidents as they just happen - Johnny

When it came to booking an appointment it went smoothly, and wasn't months down the line. I dropped it off a day early, and with 4-5 panels needing to be replaced, I had gotten it back within a week. Pleasant to deal with! The office ladies were great, and Mike from the shop was incredible. I'm so glad to have my truck back, all pretty again! Thanks Trudel!
