★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dennis received our FedEx Express vs Ground and refused to call Express to tell them to pick up my time sensitive/medical package because he "doesn't like talking to them". So I did his job for him and lined everything up to have FedEx pick up my parcel off his counter. He was nice enough on the phone but Terrible problem solving skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to pick something up and there was a man, I am assuming a manager as he was wearing dress clothes and not dressed like the other staff on the dock, screaming at an employee. It was very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable.
I was shocked he was treating his staff in such a poor manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Safety isn't that great at this company but they try ..both my sons work here I just wish they were treated better at times supervisors think it's ok to yell at people on shift. They should really so a clean up of the dock area very old and dusty and get new machines
