★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though it was the first day of classes and crazy busy, the staff today took the time to help me find what I needed as well as took the extra time to have a very thorough look for an item that ended up not being in stock. All the while being very pleasant to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is nice and helpful to be clear. But want to spend your life's savings on books that you either can't sell back, or can only sell back for a fraction? This is the place for you. Or you can join TRU Textbook trade/sell on Facebook. Or don't buy your textbook. You're not going to need it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced sure, not too much, but you can usually find a better deal. Great customer service though. I would order my books online from the store otherwise you'll be waiting in line for a long time. Perhaps stationary could be bought somewhere else just to save time. But if you are buying something in the off season (beyond the first month) then it would be fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relatively fast and efficient for picking up books, however printing/copying a book and giving it to you in a d.i.y binder should not classify as a book, for the price they charge I think it's absurd.
