★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice facility, well maintained. Owners are cattle folks and have no idea about horse keeping or how to run a business. Unfortunately, the barn manager has way too much authority and the drama and gossip is rampant--not only from the young boarding clientele but also goes all the way up to the top. If you like this environment, board there, if not look for another place. Simone will probably say there's rules for folks and folks can't follow them and asked to leave which is not true. Having boarded there for close to 10 years; enough is enough. She doesn't even follow her own rules! It's all about how much money you want to spend on lessons with her.
