★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They performed the very bare minimum when "helping" my small business (they actually didn't do anything - hence the quotes on the word helping). The person I dealt with constantly forgot my company's name when speaking to me, forgot key points in my business plan (just sounded like he did a quick skim and figured it wasn't worth his time), and seemed like he was always scrambling to get calls/emails or his notes together. I also got the impression that my company was not good enough for this organization based on his representation. I hope the overall company isn't represented by the individual I dealt with, but usually these types of behaviours come from the top and trickle their way down. Definitely didn't get the feeling this is a company that cares about small business. I hope for the sake of other businesses that I'm wrong. I gave them two stars because the person was at least polite and did get back to me eventually.
