They kept my chainsaw for 4 weeks without an update. Once I contacted them again, they finally looked at it within a few days. My chainsaw ran fine, had a slow gas leak as many small chainsaws do and would die while idling, but still worked. After over a month with the saw and no info shared with me, they returned my saw in about 20 pieces saying "It's be cheaper to buy a new one" I delievered the (working) chainsaw in one piece, I expected it back in one piece. They offered to keep my chainsaw at no extra cost to me! Awful place.

Have an older Lawnboy serviced last year for $172.25. Did not run well and when I called back to inquire they assured me everything was fine. Small residential lot and I barely got through the season. When I phoned last week the receptionist was understanding and told me to bring it back last week and they would take a look at it.(I never authorized any work to be done on the lawnmower} Yesterday I got a call that the lawnmower was ready. When I got there today I was presented with a bill for over $160 which was subsequently reduced to $114.29. Technician said I had left gas in the engine...... I explained that I had drained it dry as I had done with different Lawnboys for over 30 years. Then I was told it must have been the gas because he had to clean the carburetor four separate times (I had also had the carburetor cleaned last year)........I explained that I had been getting gas at the same station for the last ten years and mixing it with oil as per the manual and perhaps the carburetor had not been properly cleaned last year. Then I was told I must have used old gas. I replied that each season I buy four or 5 litres at a time and have never used old gas..... Not sure why the valve/seat float was replaced last year for $18.64 plus tax and was again replaced this year for an additional $18.64. Also the blade that was sharpened last year for $18.69 was sharpened again this year for an additional charge. When I spoke to the manager (Steve) about the bill he told me to wait and he would look into it. After 35 minutes waiting (I had timed my wait to see how long he would take.) he spoke to me and said everything was fine and he would not reduce the bill further. So I asked him why did he make me wait 35 minutes in the store if he was not going to do anything. He told me he wanted to make sure my mower was working.... After spending over$300 the machine was still not starting right. So I went back within the 3 month guarantee and spoke to Steve. Within 30 minutes and for under $10 the primer was changed and the machine worked fine for the rest of the year. It makes me wonder how much money I wasted on other repairs that were not required. OBVIOUSLY IF I EVER RETURN TO THIS STORE I SHALL DEAL WITH "STEVE"

Verry bad service, i asked for specific part fron Huskavarna mower and they ordered the wrong part. I called to order other parts and the lady said they are so behind because they cant find technicians to work. She takes the parts info saying someone will eventually call me. When they did i got asked the same Questions like serial# when i tell the guy on the phone that i had given the # to the receptionist he basicaly said nevermind hung up and never herd from them again.

I send out my snowblower for a full maintenance, when it came back, I had an issue and wouldn't start. Call them back and explain. Few days later, someone came found the issue and fix it. See how my baby run this winter :)

Awesome store. Very knowledgeable people. They always treat you with respect. Price are also very good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I am not sure why every person that works here seems to be a so bitter and has that vibe that they would rather be anywhere else than working here, to add to that they have the attitude serving customers is an anoyance. They only get a 3rd star based solely on the fact they have a large selection of products specifically Sthil. Other than that there would be no incentive to shop here

Called in advance to see if they had the LawnGrips Pro Plus Shoes in stock in two sizes, 9 1/2 and 10 for my husband. It was to be a birthday gift. The guy replied that they had both in stock, I mentioned that I'd go the same day but wanted to make sure they had plenty in inventory because it was an hour drive for me. Turns out the guy never looked at the inventory and they only had one pair of size 7. I went for nothing and wasted two hours of my time + gas which is now at an incredible high price. Used to go there for Stihl accessories but will never go there again.
