★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also, the operations manager thinks it’s acceptable to ask employees for money. Then doesn’t speak with you again on returning the money. He’ll ask you to purchase from U line and wants the free gifts you receive. He’ll make you buy him personal things for his wife on work time. He makes promises to customers on deadlines that won’t happen. Blames a lot of his mistakes on you. There’s a big problem with people working here who are homeless and have drug problems. The operations manager showed me pictures of a container in the back facility.
