Team Outback did a lot of maintenance on my vintage Trillium trailer recently and I was very happy with the quality of work and expertise of staff. The facility is pretty no-frills and the office part is not high-tech; as a result, the savings are passed on to me via reasonable prices.

I can’t say enough about my experience with Joe and his product. He took the time to carefully talk me through each option, I’m sure well after they normally close up shop. After I ordered he even threw in extras and discounts. Joe assured me the trailer would be done before March and he had it ready to deliver by the first week in February. Given I ordered in late November this is nothing short of a miracle in today’s market. We have been very happy with the camper so far. It has been better than expected, and any issues that have come up Joe has gone above and beyond to fix (for instance, the bunk bed rail got accidentally left in Canada and Joe fedex’d it to SC right away). He’s also available to answer questions or patiently give me over-the-phone tutorials. We love the camper and we feel like we have a friend in Joe- though he lives a continent away and we’ve never met. Look for a lengthy review at the fiberglassrv forum in the coming days.

We bought a replacement window cover/rock guard awning for our vintage Trillium trailer. It arrived with all the mounting hardware and looks amazing. The team at Outback Trillium Trailer are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to vintage Trillium fibreglass trailers (and the new trailers they build look beautiful too).

Our experience with Joe and the crew at Outback Trillium Trailers was amazing. From start to finish we had nothing but a positive experience. Joe took the time to explain and show us the build process and went out of his way to make sure our trailer was exactly what we wanted. We ordered out trailer at the end of September 2020 and took delivery in January 2021 (Two months ahead of schedule!!!) and we were impressed with everything about it. My wife and I can't say enough about Outback Trillium Trailers, Joe, and the entire crew at Outback. If you are thinking of buying a compact trailer you owe it to yourself to talk to the folks at Outback Trillium Trailers. We are so glad we did!

Joe and his crew went above and beyond to get my trailer ready in time for me to pick it up, complete with a variety of upgrades, and even repaired my truck power plug in a hailstorm. A really great team and I'm thrilled with my Trillium. It has withstood emergency extra camping (thank goodness for the solar panels), hailstorms, rough roads, and injured occupants perfectly. Highly recommended.

We searched for awhile trying to find someone in AB to inspect and fix our vintage 1971 Boler. Joe was recommended to us. Joe is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about fiberglass trailers. We got a new frame, a door realignment, a new vent, and a few odds and ends done on our boler. His team did an amazing job with great workmanship and we couldn't be happier. Joe is now the only person we trust with our vintage gem. Would highly recommend his services for any and all fiberglass trailer work. Thanks Joe!

My '74 Trillium's torsion axle gave up the ghost and couldn't find anyone in my area (central BC) who would touch it. Outback Trillium had me in and out as promised within 24 hours - new axle, wheels, safer LED lights, other misc small repairs AND last minute sourced and installed electric brakes on the new setup when trailer brakes weren't anticipated. Thanks J, R, S and crew. Invoice reasonable, no surprises. Many thanks, very happy.

I just picked up my long awaited partial new-build and I am so happy with it! It unintentionally got put through it's paces immediately after picking it up. While I am by no means recommending driving through these conditions, I drove it home through white-out blizzards, iced over roads, and 65mph crosswinds(with the help of sand bags) It handled beautifully. I have no doubt that I got the exact camper I set out to buy. Joe went above and beyond to help customize things here and there. and while covid-19 threw everything for a loop, he really pulled through in the end. All good things are worth the wait
