We offer over 9 acres of safe, secure, convenient and affordable storage space!
Safe and secure!
- Our facility is fully fenced with chain link and outward facing barbed wire. Access is controlled by a PIN operated, remotely monitored power gate. The compound is surrounded by trees and shrubs shielding most of the view from highway 305 and adjacent roads. Only one road leads in and out. The facility is located on the owners property and is also monitored with security cameras.
Convenient!
- We are located 5 minutes from the cities of Warman and Martensville off the new highway 305 and only 15 minutes North of Saskatoon. Close convenient storage options for other surrounding towns and villages like Hague, Dalmeny, Osler, Waldheim and more!
- Our facility is open 7 days/week for easy and convenient access.
- On-site grey and black water dump station, compressed air and pressurized water stations (Seasonal)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TriCiti Storage is top-notch. The owner is friendly and always willing to assist. The facility is clean and the dump-station is very handy. We used the air hose to fill a low tire we noticed just as we were heading out camping. They're not the cheapest around but you get what you pay for. We found the rate fair especially with the add-ons and convenience.
