★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le centre du Vieux moulin m'a référé à cet organisme pour faire mes impôts 2021, je vous le déconseille fortement...
1) on m'a dit au téléphone que ça me coûterait entre $20 et $30 dépendamment de ma paperasse et au final on m'a chargé $60;
2) on m'a dit que je n'avais pas d'impôts à payer au Provincial et j'ai reçu mon avis de cotisation avec un montant très élevé à rembourser;
3) lorsque j'ai voulu avoir des explications la jeune fille qui a fait mes impôts ne savait pas quoi me répondre et ma dit de revenir voir son patron, petit problème celui-ci est disponible qu'entre 8h et 9h au bureau ce qui ne concorde pas avec mon horaire.
C'est certain que je ne retournerai jamais là pour faire mes impôts et je ne le recommanderai pas à personne non plus.
 The Center du Vieux Moulin referred me to this organization to do my 2021 taxes, I strongly advise against it...
1) I was told on the phone that it would cost me between $20 and $30 depending on my paperwork and in the end I was charged $60;
2) I was told that I had no taxes to pay to the Provincial and I received my notice of assessment with a very high amount to be reimbursed;
3) when I wanted to have an explanation, the girl who did my taxes didn't know what to answer me and told me to come back to see her boss, a small problem, this one is only available between 8 and 9 a.m. at the office, which doesn't fit my schedule.
It is certain that I will never go back there to do my taxes and I will not recommend it to anyone either.
