I am so thankful to have had Mathew overseeing the project. I don't think I have ever met someone with such patience and so easy to deal with especially in such a crummy situation . Matt was really great to deal with via phone, text and email. He was super informative, and patient, even when I continued to email him mistakenly afterward. Unfortunately, the technician's wand/stick scan missed the tank that was nested on our property. We are fortunate that the buyers of our property insisted on an additional GPR scan from another company in their subjects, which revealed the tank.

Matt kept me continuously updated and went the extra mile to get it done on time. He also called a week later to see if I got the clearance certificate from the city. You can’t go wrong with them.

Matt kept us well informed of the process and called when needing permission to remove shrubs etc. The location of the tank was not the most ideal for removal but the company pulled it off without any damage to the existing structures. Very impressed with their work ethics. Would recommend Tri City in a heartbeat.

They were very knowledgeable about what was required, easy to contact, and provided a detailed and professional report of the work performed.

They scanned our yard as part of the estimate process (something another company proudly told us they 'only' charge only $395 for). Pleasantly surprised that the final invoice was for the exact same amount as the quote. Highly recommend.
