Unlike other places in Sherbrooke, they listen to your requests and don't leave an impression of superiority over you when answering. I feel very welcome and I am willing to do the extra distance to receive a proper service. These guys are the real deal.

We had problems with the stove and the could not answer my questions nor did they have any suggestions, and were quite rude ; so I ended up calling the manufacturer in the US.. won’t go back to Trevi
