B	Brooklyn Beaulne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front half was clearly organized and they have a wide variety of merchandise for the proud Trent Parent. My only concern/confusion is the back area where they sell the textbooks. I'm used to the books being grouped together by subject but the Trent University Bookstore does it alphabetically, by the name of the author. I suggest having a checklist handy for when you go buy your textbooks.
S	Sean Ibbott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inadequate supply of books (frequently sold out), long lines, late arrivals of books and a price match policy that is never used because they want "credible sources" (Amazon isn't credible enough ?). On top of that returns are hardly ever taken back and if they are taken back, they're at a fraction of the price they were originally purchased at (it would be nice if used books would be cheaper if their returns are so cheap). On top of that, they charge up to 100$ for Trent clothing, many students simply cannot afford that.
