★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un très bon service. Je travaille dans un milieu où je reçois des documents et je communique avec tous les compagnies de syndic qui servent la région Atlantique, Québec et l'Ontario. Quand j'avais à choisir un syndic pour mes besoins personnelles, j'ai choisi le syndic Tremblay et Cie Ltée selon mes attentes qui étaient le professionalisme, la façon qu'ils traitent leur clientèle, le contacte avec le client, le traitement du dossier jusqu'au bout de l'évènement de l'insolvabilité et la précision des documents. M. Villeneuve nous a fait sentir à l'aise, on ne sait pas senti mal à l'aise (honte) de déposer l'évènement. Il nous a tout expliqué ce qui était pour se passer. Il a répondu à tout nos questions. Même après un mois du dépôt de l'évènement, il continu à nous contacter pour s'assurer le suivi du dossier par les créanciers.
M. Villeneuve est facile à contacter par téléphone ou courriel, s'il n'est pas disponible au moment, il ne retarde pas les retours de communication. Pendant l'évènement j'ai eu à communiquer avec le bureau de surintendant, le bureau du ministère fédéral qui fait les lois sur l'insolvabilité et qui reçois tout les documents d'insolvabilité, l'agente à qui j'ai parlé a lis le document dans mon dossier et elle même a été impressionné par les précisions du traitement de l'insolvabilité, cette agente voit tout les avis au Canada. J'ai aucun commentaire négatif à faire de ce syndic et je parle avec beaucoup d'expérience en ce qui concerne le travail des syndics.

Mr. Villeneuve made us feel at ease, we do not know felt uncomfortable (ashamed) to file the event. He explained everything to us what was to happen. He answered all of our questions. Even after one month of filing the event, he continues to contact us to ensure the follow-up of the file by the creditors.
Mr. Villeneuve is easy to contact by phone or email, if he is not available at the time, he does not delay communication returns. During the event I had to communicate with the office of superintendent, the office of the federal ministry which makes the laws on the insolvency and which receives all the documents of insolvency, the agent to whom I spoke read the document in my file and she herself was impressed by the details of the insolvency treatment, this agent sees all notices in Canada. I have no negative comments to make about this trustee and I speak with a great deal of experience regarding the work of trustees.

Tout ce qui m'importe maintenant c'est "ma p'tit vie" avec ma Schnauzer Heidi. Et principe maintenant ma santé se trouve meilleure. Le stress d'avant ma visite chez le Syndic s'est dissipé en suivant les recommandations que j'ai lu et relu et que je prend comme modèle pour voir à mes finances.
I am very satisfied with the services I receive and also with the speed with which my questions are answered. All I care about now is "my little life" with my Schnauzer Heidi.
