I feel confident that I not only got a great deal but also with an amazing resort and perfect flight times. He is very friendly and trustworthy and would recommend this place to anyone looking to travel anywhere. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t say enough good about Carol and Rob from TPI Langley. We had a very time sensitve and complicated travel situation to get our Daughter and her Boyfriend to Canada from Vietnam. To say it was stressful is an understatement. They were not only our calm in the storm but stepped up and went way above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of. They are seriously amazing and we can’t thank them enough. They have been our saving grace for travel plans in the past too. If you are traveling you need to call TPI Langley. They are not only very professional but also compassionate ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rob and Carol have been absolutely amazing in supporting my partner Brianna and I getting from Vietnam to Vancouver with our cats. Working for many hours making sure we have our cats in cabin and helping this journey be as stress free as possible during these very hard times of travel.
100% will be using their services again when we want to and can travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rob is so helpful. After calling another agency, who didn’t even let me say why I was calling before saying they couldn’t help me, I called Rob. Not only was he responsive he went the extra mile to look for pricing to try to help. While it ended up that I had to continue to hold with the airline, Robs professional demeanour and commitment to customer service means he has secured a future customer in me!
