★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just heads up for any Red Seal Mechanics, I applied here and was told that it was a go and the person hiring just had to clear it with owner, that’s a week and a half ago, I’ve communicated several times to see if any movement was made and kept on getting “ didn’t get a chance to talk to the boss” it’s fine if you one doesn’t want to employ you, but be careful , do not wait for them, being an experienced red seal I had turned down a couple real good opportunities in the interim, but if a shame, if they say to wait to hear a call back, don’t, keep looking ,, chances are that you might not get anything at all, I really liked the shop and facilities, but if this is an indication of things?
He literally said I had the job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driver was driving way to close to our vehicle through a national park yesterday. So close that I got the plate number. He was also going over the white line then over the yellow line and back over the white line. When we got to the next town, we did report the driver to the RCMP. Your driver's need to give the other smaller vehicles space. He could have killed us if we had to stop suddenly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked for Trappers in the past, and 10+ yrs later, I have returned. The company has totally transformed since I was here last. However, 1 thing has not changed, you can still feel the family-friendly atmosphere. They are constantly looking for creative and innovative ways to get things done, and staff are encouraged to promote their ideas. "Work smarter, not harder" is a good motto for Trappers. It is still very fast-paced but I hate being bored! I would recommend working for this company, they have a lot to offer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently stuck driving here because they keep stealing miles so I can't afford to leave. I fear my only way out is to give my truck back to the finance company and declare bankruptcy. When I started it was good make great money and then after 3 months the money got cut in half with the introduction of a new owner operator pay package. I am now on my 9th month and have spent all my savings trying to stay above water and they keep taking. Only 2 office staff still remain from when I started and very little communication. Lots of sitting without pay. When confronted about all the missing miles they say that's the difference between actual miles and practical miles. Don't listen to anything Larry from driver services has to say because he will say one thing and do the opposite. I've been a driver for 22 years and I can't say that I have work for a company worse than Trappers. I work very hard and sacrifice a lot of home time with my kids and I just wanted to be paid fairly but they don't seems to care about any of that. Instead you get emails saying how great and wonderful the company is and in reality they don't have a clue what they are talking about. All in all Trappers Transport is the worst company I've ever worked for in 22 years and all drivers should stay far far away if they want to remain half way sane. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Their drivers which work out of the Delta yard, are unprofessional, in the image below they are blocking other drivers of their own company just because they want to stand there and burn company hourly time, and the drivers which want to work with honesty and want to complete work, are being bullied. Contacted company and they could care less.
