De plus, le délai de livraison a été respecté et j'ai eu mon pickup en peu de temps. Mon véhicule est arrivé dans le même état à St-Eustache que lors de son départ de Kamloops BC. Je n'hésiterais pas 2 secondes à refaire affaire avec eux.
Very good service and by far the best price of any carrier I have contacted in Canada and on any sites. In addition, the delivery time was respected and I had my pickup in no time. My vehicle arrived in St-Eustache in the same condition as when it left Kamloops BC. I would not hesitate 2 seconds to do business with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dealt with Car Fre Transport. received a terrible service on all levels. Lack of customer care with too many answers such as "I don't know". I had to refund my customer at my expense for all the delays and frustration caused, but by far the worst of it all is that I tried to reach Frederic( the owner) by phone, left many messages, also emails to his personal inbox (his own secretary confirmed giving him the messages and that she didn't know why he wasn't calling me back) and never bothered returning 1 single call which shows how much chaos is in this company. No one can be held accountable, the boss himself doesn't care at all as long as they keep taking your money.
My advice : USE HANSEN, HANSEN, HANSEN !!!
NEVER AGAIN CAR FRE !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Paid extra money to get my car ship in inclose trailer. Transport car fre ltee damage my roof. Refuse to pay for the damage. On top of that, i when to get my car at the lot which is a open lot and 3 employe where leaning on my wing and eyeing my car out. The car was filty because of the dust and unlock on a unsecure lot. Do not do business with those people.
