★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a special furniture purchase in Boston, MA in summer 2020. It was during COVID time, and I was having trouble to find a mover that could help me bring my furniture from the USA. I was referred to BTC transport by a colleague, and I had an amazing, efficient and smooth delivery of my furniture. I told them that I would like to have my furniture in the next 3-4 weeks, but they made it happen in a 1 1/2 weeks. An associate took down all my info and regarding my order, he contacted himself the store and called me back 2 days letter with a confirmation of delivery date. This is what you call amazing customer service. I have recommended a lot of friends to BTC in regards to any furniture import they want to do from USA or Canada. Thank you for this experience BTC.
