★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 4/12/2018 at approximately 11pm one of your drivers who was only doing his job saved my butt. The fog was so thick i could barely see he went around me and i was able to follow his lights. He saved my butt tonight. Not sure who the driver was running Southbound on the Northway in NY but awesome driving and thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My company had recently moved freight for Bourassa INC , and we got short paid due to an error on behalf of their dispatch team. We are very unhappy with how they spoke to our team and treated us , would not recommend moving freight for them at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 days ago I was coming from Massachusetts with a load while my DOT hours of service was running out I was seeking safe Haven to park somewhere as I seen this service rest plaza I made the right then turned and my side of my trailer hit bourassa transport tractor right then and there my heart drop me being a new driver and when the professional driver by the name of Richard came out he handled it with so much professionalism not once did he get upset he even calm me down by telling me accidents happen, no excuses , I was clumsy and tired and I don't know what the outcome is going to be with my company I drive for but at least I know that this company hires nothing but the best I recommend anybody to this company for freight , or to drive for , I apologize with all due respect

They are very responsive, and accommodating to our last minute shipments. We communicate with the team in English; they are very professional and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6-2-22 , 8am . Junction of 481 & 81 . Orange truck was traveling s bound on 81 in very right lane . I was coming down ramp from 481s to 81s . As I came down the ramp we were side by side when I reached 81s . The truck was actually accelerating and trying to squeeze me out on ended of entry ramp . 1st , he should be traveling 55mph not 70mph thru the congested intersection . 2nd he should be leaving room ahead . Have you people up north know the Smith System ? You have a agressive driver in that truck . If your drivers have to be that aggressive to make a living , then you are cheating them . Do you have saftey cameras in the trucks ? Check that driver for Hard Brakng Events ? I was in a Nissan Fronteir . Once I got in front of him , he learned a quick lesson in courtesy .. 2 million + miles experience CDL .Your driver got some experience today also !
