I really enjoyed their office manager course offered through the University of Toronto. It offered a good, high-level view of all the systems in a dental practice. At the same time, there were a few areas where I wanted to know more and go into more detail. Fortunately, TGNA also offers a selection of small-group seminars (10-20 participants) for specific subjects like Treatment Coordination and Office Management. I found the small-group seminars went into fewer subjects, in much more detail, and I liked that I could meet people who are working in the same role and struggling with the same hurdles. We have also had TGNA in our dental practice since January 2018, and in the last three months, they offered a very high level of service with the wide variety of questions we have had.

However, none have been as informative and effective as the courses I have taken with TGNA. TGNA is a group of highly qualified and knowledgeable professionals whom are teaching what they have lived. The content of their courses are based on the everyday questions, struggles, problems and concerns that happen in every dental office on a daily basis. They have truly relight the spark in my passion for my job and given me the confidence I require to be the best manager I can be. 1% improvement per day is a goal I have learned from them and I now strive to achieve it. I highly recommend any courses or consulting from this highly professional, inspiring and most informative group of ladies! By learning from these professionals will quickly move you and your team from defeated or frustrated to transformative!
