★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool little place. Not sure if I'd have them perform my heart surgery for me but then again they are not surgeons. They sell trailer gear and fire that stuff I'd definitely have them cover my needs from small to large. Cool little place nice people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Called twice about getting a quote and got told I needed a measurement that ended up being irrelevant and then got pricing. Went in to order the item and got told they havnt sold that they don’t sell that product. Will never deal with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a hotwater on demand unit from Trailer Canada in St. Paul and it was just over $900. I wasn't sure this unit was going to work for me and i made this clear at the time of purchase though they did not mention any thing about the return policies they have. When I brought it in 2 days later still perfectly in the box they pointed to the sign on the wall above thier head and out of site which said 'Restocking fee 25%' so with this applied they told me they would only return about $630, stealing $270 from me. I'm not sure what a 'restocking fee' is and i have never heard of it before. Beware of this when you shop here. Also I found them to be very condescending. Just not a good experience in all.

Bad “Duznobodycare” Outcome on Google
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection but the continuous reminders that they want payments in advance for products not in stock is annoying . It's not like it's the customers fault it's not in stock and this behaviour seems prevalent no matter how much business you have done with them previously. It may be understandable but wait till the customer decided if they want to buy first as it seems out of place while just browsing.
