★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks so much to Bob and his team for getting us back on the road after a flashing engine light disrupted our trip from Langley to Red Deer, on a Saturday when most garages are closed. He was very helpful and kind. Explained the scan that was done and assured us we were safe to proceed. We had no further problems on our journey. Much appreciated!

Found the necessary parts, dealt with a serpintine belt and joint repair in a super timely fashion. Very reasonable rates. Friendly, competent, well run auto center with above and beyond service. Got my son back on the road, so he could get to calgary, move into his new place and start his job on time. Many thanks!! I would recommend this auto center to anyone looking for service work or tires.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a few issues with my vehicle lately and Pat and JJ were so unbelievably helpful, reliable and honest when it came to diagnosing, quoting and repairing my vehicle. There was an issue with my appointment time and instead of responding with frustration to my frustration, they were calm and kind and fixed the problem immediately. They went out of their way to ensure the rest of my experience went smoothly as well.
They were transparent with me throughout my two back to back visits and made sure I understood everything that was happening. Pat even educated me on brake mechanics visually. They also source out used parts if they can which cuts down on cost significantly. JJ is new working up front and he is killing it! Super friendly and an awesome person to have working up front in my opinion.
Thanks to the team for giving me such a positive experience! I won't be as fearful when I have to take my car in now that I know what to expect. These guys will now be my go to!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never had such an incredible experience at any tire shop before. Let me start with my issue. I blew out my tire on a pothole during a snow storm between Revelstoke and golden. It was close to the closing time of Trail Tire and these guys had the tire in stock that I recently purchased for my vehicle. (Michelin X-Ice) which very few other places actually had. I tried to call a few and no one carried them.
On top of that, these guys ended up staying almost an hour and a half after closing in order to make sure that I was taking care of. This is what I call exemplary customer service and a dedication to taking care of people. Both Bob and Oliver were incredible and I was extremely thankful to have had the opportunity to meet both these great people. I cannot say any greater words about this place and I'm really thankful that trail tire hires such wonderful people.
They both absolutely deserve a raise after what they did for me. Incredible incredible experience.
Thanks again to both of you! Looking forward to buying more tires from them!

We where visiting from Calgary on a ski getaway and decided the roads warranted buying some winter tires as we hadn't had time to swap out our decent all-seasons. Called Jeremy at 4:30pm on Sunday and he had a set of Blizzaks brought in the next morning and had us on the road by 1pm. Exactly the times and price he discussed Sunday. Price and service where top notch!
