β β β β β I got a ticket outside Calgary. The penalty could have been suspension, or 8 points, or 2000$ fine. Anyway something really horrible. He took over my case, and he cancelled the ticket for me.
Cops were nice enough (OF COURSE) to reissue the ticket again and hand it to me at my door!!!! Roberto didnt charge me any extra and went to court again and got it cancelled again. He is just the ONE, he has plenty of experience. It just feels good to know there is someone out there who knows his stuff. Be patient with him since he may not be able to update you daily, but he never misses an appointment and he does his best for the client.

β β β β β Use at your own risk. Years ago I paid Roberto to help me reduce the amount owed on two photo radar tickets that I had received and was satisfied with the service he provided. So this April, when I received a new ticket I reached out to him again. He got back to me immediately, asked for details and told me how much he thought he could reduce it by. I responded and also asked him to confirm that he had everything he needed and there would be no need for me to show up for my court date. He responded with that all was good, he had it from here and he would let me know the outcome from court. Fast forward a few months, my court date passes and I get a notice of conviction in the mail for not appearing for my court date. I emailed Roberto immediately asking him to clarify and he did not respond. After a week I called him and this time left a voicemail. Still no response and this has left me quite frustrated with the unprofessional nature in which this was handled.
