β β β β β Always friendly, flexible and simply good people. Now that the Peers Foodmart grocery store has sadly closed, the Trading Post is bringing in a bit more staples like milk, bread and eggs. They are just starting out with necessities and taking suggestions.
I'd give them a 6 Star rating if they had some longer life fruit like apples and oranges to buy as well:)
Good muffins, but limited quantities. So you may not see them if late in the day.
Regular fuel is available on 2 pumps by prepayment. Also propane can be purchased via filling of tanks. Great if you are passing by with a trailer or RV for the weekend heading to one of the awesome fishing lakes around.
They do close early in the evening, this varies by day and season. But to be safe, I wouldn't be expecting it open later than 8 PM on a regular day or Sunday. Which is still reasonable service for a smaller community, although with the grocery store closed and as they offer more in that area, I can see them being open longer for that possibility in the future.
Fishing Section
Nice selection of hooks and live bait, general fishing paraphernalia as well. Winter and summer. Love that! Not only that, some of the staff are tournament fishers so they really know there stuff. You may even get some tips on where to catch a big one. :)
