★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told the shop opened at 8. Showed up for 7:30 on a Saturday and didn’t get in the door (first in line) until 11:10. No one could confirm when they opened and I could not get through to the shop phone number. My tires were on in 25 minuets and ran on my car fine but not very good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy, this business is an absolute scam. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They have multiple names for the business and always post the wrong prices and random photos of tires they find online. They tack on installation and other made up service charges on top of prices they agree on. Avoid them at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove 1:30 to get my 2 rear tires switch with you guys had an appointment for 5:30 arrived at 5:40 due to some traffic. I’m glad I arrived late as there was 2 other vehicles in front of me anyways. Waited about 30min till my vehicle was it even jacked up all in all I was there for about 1:15min. Saw the tires really quick in the back of the shop was really dark showed me quick and put the tires on. Told the guy younger guy claimed to be the manager to tell his installers to be EXTRA careful due to my wheels being brand new and expensive. Saw them tape up the machine etc etc witch was fine. First rim is scuffed up at 3 different places, then the second one has one huge gash taken out of the wheel where their is now to more paint. My wheels were too dirty to notice when I was there, but I got to the gas station to get gas and realized they had damaged my rims... I proceeded to call the guy back 3x times no answer I was already 20 minutes out so I decided to go back to the shop and of course nobody was there. Then I also get home and realize the tires they installed on my car the side wall was almost ripped I should say. Overall I am very disappointed with the customer service I was very polite to them and they were very ignorant and just rude really. I do not know how this is still an operational business from all the previous reviews. If only I saw the reviews before I drove 1.5 hours there and 1.5 back. Would not go back....
