★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trace Consulting has helped me to file for a City permit to renovate the entire plumbing for my condo. The process proved to be quite challenging to get all the relevant information and approval from the Condo management. Trace Consulting was very supportive and their customer service worked patiently to collect all required documents to file for the application. Because of their knowledge and expertise, I received the City permit ahead of time. I thank the competent staffs of Trace Consulting for providing excellent customer service and for their diligence and professionalism. I highly recommend the Trace Consulting for any relevant project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We contracted Trace to coordinate the replacement of the plumbing in our townhouse downtown.
The engineering report was done to satisfaction but we also paid extra to have Trace submit the permit application to the city on our behalf. We had hoped this would save time as we were under a significant time crunch but the Trace employee who submitted the papers as part of the "complete package" did not review the documents before submission and they were at first denied, which almost caused us to miss our deadline.
I will say however that one of their project managers who did the site visit, KC, was very responsive to our concerns and put a rush on his final report and submitted it within 24 hours.
All in all, I am happy with Trace's service but would recommend you do not waste your money by having them apply for a permit on your behalf.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do terrible work with KITEC PLUMBING. Should get sued. Drawings were terrible. The City did not approve. We had to hire another company. They ruined our work in the whole building. I am a Director of Condo building and dealing with these unprofessional people was horrible for us and the entire building.

They were extremely professional and experienced! It is difficult to find honest people these days. They handled the job with ease and all deadlines were met on time. They managed the project as well and took care of all city permits and follow ups efficiently and promptly. I will be recommending Trace Consulting Group to my colleagues who also require Kitec piping replacements in their condos. Thank you to Sam and the rest of Trace Consulting for making a stressful situation with Kitec rectified and stress free!
