He showed me the oil stick and how far it should normally be so I know how to top it up myself as necessary. They adjusted the pressure in my tires for me and topped up on fluids for me. Super helpful, no upselling and a reasonable price!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive oil change experience at this Great Canadian Oil Change in Walnut Grove. I was in and out in 13 minutes with a $15 off coupon , a BCAA discount and car wash. Coolant, wind shield washer, air filter and tire pressure checked and topped off. No up selling. No liquid in a tube and what mine looks like versus theirs routine. Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noticed this location a few weeks ago, as it was longer a Canadian Oil location. I was not happy with CO in the past due to high costs. Township Oil was reasonably priced after using their online coupon and the staff was polite and attentive. Also acknowledged that they wouldn't touch the windshield fluid, as I informed them that I have my own mix. Most oil places don't listen when you explain what you don't need. Also appreciated they didn't try to upsell me. I will be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an oil change for my rav4 at 80000km in Jan when this place was still called great Canadian oil change. According to the receipt they used valvoline full synthetic oil and VO-84 filter. The next day I checked the dip stick, level was good but the colour was brown-ish, nothing like what I used to get from dealer or Mobil 1. I made a mistake to not check it before the oil change and I couldn’t compare so I told myself maybe it’s different oil brand. But in the next 3 months the thoughts that something was not right kept bugging me so finally I decided to make an oil change myself. When I removed the filter today, I was surprised that the filter was not VO-84 as shown on the receipt, but it’s the same model I got in the previous oil change at 70000 km at mobil1 (service champ CF5608) about a year ago.
I really hope they still did the job but only lied about the filter they use, at least if that’s the case I still got new oil and filter. Or maybe they changed oil but not filter. The worst case they did nothing, because i was sitting in the car and my view was blocked by the hood and couldn’t really see whether they were pumping oil.
I hope no one get this kind of experience when you spend 100+ for a simple oil change.
