C	Char Black on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to travel to Abbotsford today to the Townhall, as the one by our house is not that great. Another disappointment. It was 2:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday. The place had a handful of people. We were greeted and the service started off great, but then dwindled. The waitress was not that friendly or enthusiastic. We placed our order and waited. It took just over 45 minutes to get the food for a group of 4. Both pizzas, the dough was not cooked all the way in the middle, the nachos were lacking cheese and the burger was extremely small for the price. The add on Caesar salad was not worth the extra amount. It then took the waitress a long time to ask if we would like the bill. We stopped going to the Chilliwack location because of similar issues and now will avoid the Abbotsford location.
E	Em Grayson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here the other day and I honestly had a great time, the service was amazing and the food was great! I was served by Tasha who was truly so lovely, had a great conversation with her and would definitely go back to this place! I highly recommend coming to here!
D	Dweebu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience, but specifically a shout out to the staff overall. I don't usually leave reviews unless the person who served me was truly horrible, or astounding. The cooks were great, and the employee Tasha was especially excellent. You can truly see the extra effort they put in to what they do. Covid is really tough these days with restaurants, and any workers currently. The employees risk their health every day, and try to give an above and beyond service even to people who don't deserve it. So, shoutout to townhall for their excellent staff.

Dirty tables around us the whole time we dined and when asked if we wanted more drinks we sat and waited for a long time to tell the waitress what we wanted and she never came back. Eventually when she did come back out to see us she had the same two drinks we originally ordered, which we definitely did not want again. Very unprofessional, all staff looked like they hated their jobs. Asked a question about drink options and staff don’t know what’s on offer.. Most miserable host I’ve ever met in my life. Was not even busy which was the most disappointing part as there really was no excuse for poor service at all. Don’t expect much from this venue at all. Will not be back, do better.

M	Michelle Coates on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Original Review - Service was good. But, the eggs benny was subpar. I know when to give credit where it is due, and that is to the Chef (Adam). Adam reached out to me after seeing my original review and wanted to make sure that everything was up to his standards and make sure that we had a good experience. We had the pleasure of meeting Adam when we came back for our second try at Townhall and just from his demeanor you can tell that he takes a lot of pride in his work. The eggs benny was much much better! The first time around our eggs were over cooked, english muffin was soft and almost soggy. However this time the eggs were perfect, as well as all of the fixings. Sadly, after chatting with Adam we found out the hollandaise sauce is not something that he has control of as it is a JRG recipe. They (JRG) opt for a more "healthy" and lighter version of a hollandaise sauce for their benny to cater to a specific crowd. But, I have a feeling if he (Adam) was in charge of making that decision he would have made a killer hollandaise as the rest of the meal was delightful. The service once again was really good. We will definitely be going back.

I am not suggesting that every “dip” after the one that “should” come with the meal be free, but seriously, it’s a total cash grab and corporate should be ashamed of themselves. It’s a bit of an insult! Soon they will be charging for ketchup if this keeps up! We won’t be returning.
