Normally I get an email when the order is ready, but nothing showed up so I stopped in on Jan 7 and was told that the order wasn't ready yet. After another week, I stopped in again and was told that one of my shirts wasn't ready but the rest were. I decided to wait as they said another week. Another week went by with no contact so I went again and was finally told that my shirt was missing and they needed another week to track it down. I was told that they had 30 days from the date the order was to be picked up (Jan 4th) and if they couldn't locate it they would contact me with an offer of compensation. Well, Feb 4th has come and gone two weeks ago and still nothing. I have been ignored, misled, and lied to, presumably in the hopes that I would forget about the lost dress shirt and the problem would just go away. So, I'm on here letting you know what happened. I get that things go wrong sometimes. When they do, take responsibility, be honest with your customer, and make it right. That customer is owed a duty of care that should be HIGHER than normal because you lost his personal property. Their response of avoiding the issue and failing to make it right tells me they have no integrity, and that's not a business that I will trust with my personal property ever again. You have been warned.
D	Dustin Neufeldt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were very professional, they got all the dried Sulphur and dirt out. And fixed a hole I had. I’m extremely grateful for that. What I was a little upset about was….. I asked for it to be done Friday and they confirmed it and it was on my ticket. It was out on the storage rack on Friday and I was never called. I needed them Friday but had to call them on Tuesday and see if it was ready or not. I will use them again cause their professionalism out ranks the small mistake.

To be fair, I don't know how to do alterations so I'm very grateful but the price was far higher than expected and everyone I have mentioned it to since has told me it's very high.

I had as unexpected business trip and needed my shirts the next day. They were able to have my dry cleaning ready for me so I could pick them up on the way to the airport. Tower Cleaners are wonderful!

It was a great experience to get 20% off and another first time visit discount so $13.44 for 5 shirts. I really appreciate their a quality of service and friendship, amazing facility and so on. BTW I love the updates to the main plant meaning the exterior paint and then new desk /service area for the drop off counter!! Keep up the great work Tower Cleaners!! Lyle
